Our Story

In the heart of the North Shields Fish Quay, we are the perfect stop-off for walkers and cyclists to enjoy a pit stop, or locals looking for a caffeine fix. Dogs are welcome too, with refreshments for them including healthy dog treats and water bowls. Enter The Loading Bay and discover Jungle Coffee housed in a converted horsebox with a state-of-the-art coffee machine and experienced baristas, serving up café classics. Also featuring at the venue are North East foodie favourite MEDHEAD, with a menu of Mediterranean street food served up from their Vintage American Airstream. Choose from breakfast dishes, flatbreads, pizzas, loaded fries and more. Award-winning Di Meos also have one of their ice-cream carts on hand, with a selection of flavours perfect for those hot and sunny days.
